How the studio works.

Digital delivery

Every purchase is a digital service: window credits that render shop-window boards inside the Window Builder. There is no physical product, no shipping and no installation. Rendered boards are delivered on screen and as PNG downloads to your studio account.

• Credits are applied to your account and used to render boards.
• Boards are downloadable as PNG files for your own planning use.
• No goods are dispatched; nothing is fitted or installed on site.

AI content disclaimer

Every board is generated by an AI image model labelled gpt-image-2. Renders are illustrative shop-window concepts, not photographs of real stock, real premises or items for sale. Colours, textures and arrangements are approximations for planning and inspiration only.

What a board is

A visual reference for how a highland gear window could be dressed for a season. Use it to plan a layout, a palette and a mood.

What a board is not

It is not a product catalogue, a price list of physical goods, or a guarantee that any pictured item exists or is available.

Service boundaries

Braemar High Street Gear Window is a visual tool for shop-window displays of everyday goods. To keep things clear, the studio explicitly does not provide:

• Property, accommodation, letting or rental of any kind.
• Guided mountain activity, tours or instruction.
• Route planning, route-safety or mountain-condition advice.
• Mountain rescue, emergency or safety-critical guidance.
• Sale, repair, installation or servicing of physical equipment.

Nothing on this site should be read as advice on outdoor safety or as a professional guarantee. For real hill or mountain activity, always consult qualified local services.

Payments

All prices, credits and totals are shown in US dollars (USD, $). Online payment is not yet enabled: payment provider pending. No card is charged and no live payment is taken through this site. Reserved rails are held against your studio email until a payment provider is connected.

Refunds

Because boards are digital renders delivered instantly, refund boundaries are as follows:

• Unused credit packs can be cancelled for a full USD refund within 14 days.
• Once credits are spent on rendered boards, those credits are non-refundable.
• If a render fails or is corrupted, we re-render it or return the credit.

To raise a refund, email support@braemarmsp.shop with your studio email and order reference.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the studio: your name, email and the board settings you save. We do not sell personal data. Contact support@braemarmsp.shop to access or delete your studio record.
